Laurence King Publishing asked us to design Lachlan Blackley’s book that showcased new work in the world of wallpaper design.
Wallpaper needs a large canvas. We designed a fold out jacket to do credit to the medium. Buy enough copies of the book and you can redecorate your room.
‘Wallpaper’ has the authority of a book and the accessibility of a magazine.
The design gives emphasis to the striking imagery and photography but we were careful to present the text in a clear and aesthetically pleasing manner.
A lot of work is shown at actual size which is made possible by the large scale format of the book.
